Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General

At Battalion Beers Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality beer and excellent customer service. All orders are shipped via courier within the UK.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Returns & Refunds Policy.
All customers must be 18 or over to purchase alcoholic beverages.

2. Shipping Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–3 days.

3. Change of Mind & Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Because our products are consumable, returns are subject to the following:

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. How to Return an Item

To return eligible products:

2. Pack items securely in their original packaging.
3. Ship using a trackable courier service.
4. Include your order number in the package.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once returns are inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear.

7. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened bottles or cans
- Beer past its best before date
- Items not in original packaging
- Perishable goods

8. Exceptions & Limitations

- Damaged/faulty items must be reported within 48 hours.
- Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notification.
